You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order up to 14 days after receipt date. If the items have been charged, you will receive a refund once the package is received in our warehouse. If you would like to return your order, please use the link 'pre-printed return form' and send the item ('s) back to us. Please also note that Shoeverein is not responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages when the order is not shipped with the aforementioned pre-printed label. Shoeverein guarantees a refund for all returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (you can try the item indoors on clean grond) and that any labels, accessories or tags are intact. All our packages include a pre-printed return form that you can use if you decide to return items. In certain countries and / or markets, we reserve the right to charge a return fee when refunding the order. These charges are intended to cover the freight charges for the return shipment. We will try to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, the return of the items to your account balance). If the item you received is defective, you must notify Shoeverein immediately and return the item in the same way as stated above.
